Terms and conditions for visitors and attendees

As an attendee you enter into an agreement with the organizing party. As a buyer of a ticket or product you enter into an agreement with the selling party. The selling party is responsible for delivering its services and products. WeTicket is not a party to the agreement between the buyer and the selling party. WeTicket only provides tools to the selling party. If an event is canceled or if services or products are not delivered the buyer and the selling party must find a solution together. WeTicket cannot be involved in this process.

Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases are not possible. The organizing party may deviate from this policy. If so the organizing party will clearly communicate this exception.

Rescheduling

The organizing party reserves the right to reschedule an event at any time. In case of a rescheduled event refunds are not possible. The organizing party may deviate from this policy. If so the organizing party will clearly communicate this exception.

Changes

The organizing party reserves the right to modify the program lineup and content of the event at any time. If an event is modified a refund is not possible. The organizing party may deviate from this policy. If so the organizing party will clearly communicate this exception.
