Can I get a refund?

WeTicket is not the organising party. We only provide tools to the organising party and are therefore not authorised to issue refunds.

If you wish to receive a refund you need to contact the organisation from which you purchased tickets and or products.

You can find information about the organising party in the confirmation email you received after payment on their website or their social media channels.

The selling party decides whether you are eligible for a refund. WeTicket has no influence over this process.
