Full-stack developer

WeTicket is an all-in-one online ticketing solution that helps organizers grow and reduce costs significantly.

The price-quality ratio of ticketing systems is out of balance. It’s no exception for organizers to pay high fees up to 10%, eating into their budget to create the best experience for their guests.

We’re hiring full-stack engineers, who will be on the founding team closely involved in shaping the future of ticketing, through a great customer experience for a fair price.

🤝 The WeTicket Offer

  • A competitive salary.
  • Generous equity package.
  • Work fulltime: part in our office in the centre of Amsterdam, with the option to work remote a few days a week. At this stage we’re unable to sponsor visas or relocation.
  • Team focussed on quickly iterating and shipping, while being allowed to fail.

👀 What we are looking for

  • Our frontends are built on NextJS with Redux.
  • We have a React Native app to help organisers scan tickets onsite.
  • We’re still early. You’ll have ownership over parts of our infrastructure, and get to decide on what the future of WeTicket’s tech stack looks like.

🧠 Responsibilities

  • Be part of the founding team, with the possibility to grow your own team over time.
  • Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product.
  • Collaborate with our product and customer success team to conceptualise and implement new features that have impact.
  • Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance. Conduct code reviews, perform debugging and testing tasks.
