The role

We're looking for an AE to drive new business and own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach to closing and onboarding. You'll work closely with our product and customer success team, with the room to take ownership and move fast.

Our customers are organizers, venues, and festivals. To win them, you need to sense how these organizations work and what they struggle with around ticket sales, production, and marketing. From there, you position WeTicket as the answer.

What you'll do

  • Outreach: build pipeline through cold outreach and networking at events.
  • Inbound: pick up and convert leads coming your way.
  • Run tailored demos that connect WeTicket to each organizer's challenges.
  • Onboarding support: get new clients live and confident in our technology.
  • Drive success across your accounts.
  • Feed market signals back to product and marketing.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in event tech or a comparable commercial role.
  • Passion for events and nightlife.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; another EU language is a plus.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Super social and proactive: you build relationships and chase opportunities.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-growing company where you take ownership.
