WeTicket is the all-in-one platform built for organizers, venues, and festivals. We're based in Amsterdam and scaling fast. Our team is small and ambitious. We move quickly with AI and push new innovations into the event sector every day.

The role

We're looking for someone to take full ownership of our marketing. You'll build the engine behind both paid and organic growth, fill the inbound pipeline, and earn trust in a sector that runs on relationships. You'll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and commercial team, with the room to set strategy and execute it.

Our customers are organizers, venues, and festivals. To reach them, you need to sense how these organizations work and what they struggle with around ticket sales, audiences, and growth. From there, you position WeTicket as the answer.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the B2B marketing engine across paid and organic channels.
  • Grow inbounds and put the brand more firmly on the map.
  • Set targets, track CAC and pipeline metrics, and steer on what to scale or cut.
  • Manage people, freelancers, and agencies as the team grows.
  • Work hands-on with AI and modern tooling to stay fast and lean.
  • Feed market signals back to product and sales.

What we're looking for

  • Senior experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Passion for events and nightlife.
  • A strong feel for data and KPIs: you set targets and report on them.
  • Hands-on with AI tools and a modern marketing stack.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-growing company where you take ownership.
  • Ambition to scale across the EU.
