ProTicket is a Dortmund-based ticketing system operator and software developer, active since 2000. It runs its own in-house-developed platform end-to-end, from event setup through settlement, rather than reselling third-party ticketing software. Tickets sold through ProTicket are distributed simultaneously through its online shop, a telephone hotline, and a network of more than 800 physical presale outlets across Germany. The company also provides organizers with venue seating-plan setup and event landing pages as part of its service package.
