As a visitor, you enter into an agreement with the Organiser. As the buyer of a ticket or product, you enter into an agreement with the organiser. The organiser is responsible for the delivery of its services and products. WeTicket is not a party to the agreement that the Buyer enters into with the Organiser and neither does WeTicket act as an intermediary in the conclusion of the agreement between the Buyer and the Organiser. In the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, WeTicket shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you.

Refund policyIf an event is canceled or rescheduled, tickets or products that have been sold are eligible for a refund only if the Organiser decides to issue one.

Rescheduling
The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule an event at any time. In the event that an event is rescheduled, refunds are not possible. The Organiser may deviate from this policy. In that case, the Organiser will communicate this deviation clearly.

Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme, line-up and content of the event at any time. When an event is changed, it is not possible to obtain a refund. The Organiser may deviate from this policy. In that case, the Organiser will communicate this deviation clearly.

Privacy policyBy entering into an agreement with the Organiser, you consent to the processing of your personal data by WeTicket in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
