As a visitor, you enter into an agreement with the organising party. As the buyer of a ticket or product, you enter into an agreement with the selling party (organiser). The selling party is responsible for the delivery of its services and products. WeTicket is not a party to the agreement that the buyer enters into with the selling party. WeTicket only provides tools to the selling party. If an event does not take place and services or products are not delivered, the buyer and the selling party must reach a solution together. WeTicket cannot be involved in this process.
Refund policy
Refunds on purchases are not possible. The organising party may deviate from this policy. In that case, the organising party will communicate this deviation clearly.
Rescheduling
The organising party reserves the right to reschedule an event at any time. In the event that an event is rescheduled, refunds are not possible. The organising party may deviate from this policy. In that case, the organising party will communicate this deviation clearly.
Changes
The organising party reserves the right to change the programme, line-up and content of the event at any time. When an event is changed, it is not possible to obtain a refund. The organising party may deviate from this policy. In that case, the organising party will communicate this deviation clearly.
