The guest list, on every device at once

Attendium is a guest list app for event organisers. You build your lists, invite people, and check them in from a phone or tablet at the door. Every device stays in sync automatically, so several people can work the entrance at the same time.

What it does

• Import guests from Excel or text files, or simply copy and paste
• Separate colour coded lists for press, artists, partners and crew
• Automatic confirmation messages to guests
• Partial check in, so you can register part of a group at a time
• Templates for events that come back every month or every year
• Optional ticket sales through the platform

It works when the wifi does not

Check in also works offline, which matters at venues and festival sites where the connection at the entrance is unreliable.

Control for your team

You decide per team member what they can see and do, from view only through adding guests and checking in, up to full admin.
