Yesplan is cloud based venue and event planning software from Ghent. It was created in 2011 by arts centre Vooruit together with software company Inceptive, which is why it closely follows the way venues actually work.
Next to the calendar, Yesplan gives you a view of resources and costs. You can see at a glance whether a date is free, whether the crew and the equipment are available, and what the event is going to cost.
Yesplan reports more than 300 theatres, cultural centres and other venues on the platform. It started in the cultural sector and is now also used by sports, entertainment and commercial organisers. Because it runs in the cloud, the whole team works from the same version wherever they are.
